Sadie’s believes in the “#rippleeffect”.

We have an affinity for adinkra symbols, whose origins are traced back to the Akan people of Ghana.  We always intentionally incorporate them for both symbolic and educational purposes.  We landed on the Adinkra symbol called “ADINKRAHENE.”  We were drawn to its resemblance to a ripple, as well as its meaning of greatness, charisma and leadership. . 

Each ring, each act of giving manifests a greater set of ripples.  No ripple manifests when and how we expect but the gift of giving always impacts the next drop, to create a new ripple.

This visual shows that collective resilience and uplifting cannot be accomplished alone.

It is with that sentiment, that we share an opportunity to engage in collective giving to keep Sadie’s mission alive.  But in truth, it is bigger than just Sadie’s; it’s about keeping this new momentum of togetherness and service accessible in a very tangible way for ALL
